For the pre-order we will unfortunately not be able to ship internationally, but once the book is released international orders will hopefully be available. Pre-orders will exclusively ship to the United States.

Due to shipping we do not have an exact date, but all pre-orders will receive priority shipping before the release date! It is entirely possible that your package will arrive before the release date!

Unfortunately, no. The e-book is unavailable for pre-order but will be offered through our website the day of release for immediate download!
